Survey Conducted in Early 2005

Every other year, the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program conducts a satisfaction survey of the public and private healthcare provider clinics enrolled in the program. The survey helps to assess provider satisfaction with the program's services and support in delivering quality immunization services to Florida's children. The results from the current survey verify that 99% of customers agree, or strongly agree, that they are satisfied with Florida's VFC Program. Ninety-seven percent indicated that VFC staff provided prompt and helpful support, information, and materials.

In addition to the overall survey, a smaller group of providers that received individual site visits were also surveyed. The results from the smaller group are shown in questions 9 through 12. Eighty-three percent indicated that these site visits were very useful for their practice.
